Coventry Village Courtyard Homes Condominium Disclosure Documents

 

The Disclosure Documents are divided into 12 sections, listed as Tabs.  There is also a cover sheet and table of contents.  Please note that the Declaration of Condominium, Tab 2, is divided into four parts, comprised of the original declaration of 30 pages, and 14 amendments comprising many additional pages.  Only the first amendment contains any substantive changes to the original declaration.  All the other amendments (2-14) only deal with modifications of the condominium plat as units were built or to comply with zoning changes.  All unit owners and the management company have a hard copy of these documents in a binder.
